The Hori-Hori or Gardener's Little Friend is marvelous for digging deep rooted weeds and planting bulbs and bedding plants. The saw teeth will cut through tough roots and branches. The front of the tool is shovel shaped for digging efficiency, and the back is beveled for easy sharpening.

Each Gardener's Friend Garden Knife is forged from high carbon tool steel and tempered for heavy-duty use. The Red Beech handle is riveted to the blade. A scabbard with belt loop is included.

    Best Ever

    I've used one of these trowels (retailers seem a bit confused as to what to call this device, but it's a trowel to me) for at least twenty years. Before that, I used to go through several trowels a year- the sheet metal varieties just bend too easily, and the cast aluminum are too dull. This one just keeps on going.
