    Ok, but only partial protection

Note that this glove only protects against cuts, with only partial protection against slicing and no protection at all against stabs. If whittling, most wounds are going to be stabs, not cuts, which reduces the usefulness. It will protect against cuts due to the knife slipping and hitting the hand edge-on, though, so it's better than nothing.

    easily cut

my Flex-cut blade cut through the material into my hand. I never thought I would see that happen. Very dissatisfied.

    Who knew (size issue)?

Hello, Glove is going back, but only becasue of the size issue. I'm well over 6 feet tall and weight 350 lbs. NEVER worn any glove @ less than XL, so I was worried when there was none (xl) so I ordered the large. Fits through the palm, but there is at least an extra inch at each fingertip. Only question now is whether to exchange for a medium or small. Otherwise great quality. Fare well.

    Safety glove for carving projects

Great to use for carving projects. Glove is ideal size (in my case large). Easy to use and very flexible handling wood carving. Best I've seen on the market. Very safe to use with sharp tool. If you're looking for a safety glove for handling sharp tools, this is it.

    safety guards

I Carve with extremely sharp knife blades. my Grandson has shown much interest to learn. My greatest fear is that he could have a serious injury which would most likely result in an amputation. He is using my old glove now. next month he will be getting his own glove with a better fit. he knows not to even pick up a tool without wearing all his finger protection. My THANKS go to you!.

    Runs rather large!

Size runs rather large. I have a large hand and I had to exchange the glove for a medium...which is still somewhat loose. The fabric weave is particularly loose...definitely no poke protection, but loose weave is suspect for good slash protection?
