Strong cheap grippers, but the points are hard as nails and can easily mar your work
The grippers are made from super strong rubber and grip well - more so than the "bench cookie" style (the hard plastic puck with foam on each side). However, the rubber is a bit harder on your work than the foam. They're a little bit smaller and a lot thinner than your typical bench cookie. The included painter's points are handy, but they are hard as nails, and it's very easy to scratch your work if you're not very careful. All in all these are good, cheap grippers, but if you do finer work then the bench cookies with the foam are better.
